Hello, and welcome...
First of all, thank you for taking a look at my website. In designing it, I wanted to give you a sense of the types of images that capture my imagination and hold my attention. I hope you like it!
I was born in Beirut, the son of a diplomat, and I grew up around the world. From Brazil to Iraq and Turkey to France, my entire life has been about experiencing new things and seeing new sights, so I have a passion for the visual. I learned my photography from my father, a gifted amateur, who made sure that every house we lived in had a darkroom to develop the photographs that he took. I’ve learned photography shooting on film and developing the prints myself which is an incredible base from which to make the transition to digital photography with all the flexibility that it entails. This experience has made me incredibly connected with my work. Each image a memorable creation.
Photography suits my personality very well as I enjoy meeting new people, I am collaborative by nature, and I enjoy a good challenge. With a keen eye for ’that shot', I hope to be able to bring my experience to your project. Of course any work will be collaborative and we’ll discuss your requirements in advance so you get exactly what you’re after. I am also of an age where I feel I don't have much to prove, so my ego will never get in the way of your vision.
At the end of 2020, my husband and I moved from Shoreditch in London to a beautiful stone farmhouse near Bergerac. It has been an amazing experience and confirmed our love of France and this new adventure. I've decided to offer my photographic services in the hope that a new creative voice may add to the understated beauty of the Dordogne.
